How can I order and pay for my SLAP Cosmetics?
We accept credit card and Paypal through our online store, or you can opt to pay by direct debit.

I don’t like paying via internet, can I still order? 
Sure, shoot us a line at info@slapcosmetics.com.au and we will work something out.

I just placed an order, how long before I can expect my delivery?
Once your order is completed and paid for we will dispatch your order in 1-3 working days.

How will my order be sent?
We ship via Australia Post for all orders.

Do you ship international?
Sure do.

Can I get samples?
Yes! Simply click the samples button in the footer of the Eyeshadows page to order our loose pigment shadow samples online. Each sample has enough shadow for 1-3 uses and come in small resealable bags - we keep our costs as low as possible so you can trial our products for FREE! Please note, only eyeshadow samples are available at this time.

I would like to sell SLAP Cosmetics in my store.  Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes!  Please get in touch as we have some excellent opportunities for store owners and make up artists.

Are the models on this website wearing SLAP Cosmetics?
They are indeed!

Are SLAP Cosmetics tested on animals?
Absolutely not!  We are a completely animal-cruelty-free company, we would never allow testing on animals.  In fact, our products contain no animal products whatsoever.

Will you be selling other products (foundations, lipsticks, etc) in the future?
Yes!  We are constantly working on extending our range so we can supply you with all the SLAP cosmetics you need. Keep an eye on our news page or join us on Facebook for updates.

What do I do if I’m not happy with my order?
We are confident you'll love our products, but customer satisfaction is very important to us.  Please email us any time if you feel your order isn't up to scratch.
